Children’s rights do not have borders

Hyperinflation, unemployment, lack of food and medicine, collapse of transportation, among other very serious problems, affect the Venezuelan population on a daily basis, including children and adolescents. As a result of this crisis, more than 860,000 Venezuelan citizens have arrived in Peru in a vulnerable situation.

Since 2018, our humanitarian response program aims to provide assistance to meet the basic needs of Venezuelan children in Peru and their families, as part of our actions to ensure the exercise of all children’s rights.
